About Poker Society
The poker society runs tournaments for students at the University of York every Tuesday and Saturday normally in Derwent College during term times to improve awareness about the game and how to master the art of Poker. We offer a safe environment for individuals to learn the game at their own pace and participate in a friendly atmosphere.
Bristol Poker Society Golf
This is a society which aims to create a social setting in which students will be able to learn and improve their poker skills from experienced players of the game. We also aim to raise awareness of poker as a complex, skill-based, competitive game and reduce the negative connotations associated with it.
